Lottie works across a range of settings including SEND schools, primary and secondary schools, colleges, universities, care homes and children’s hospices. Her calm and gentle nature helps ease anxiety and lift spirits, while her playful side shines through in the form of affectionate nudges, eager tummy rub requests and joyful little sprints with those who share her love of animals.

Trainee Pet Therapy Dog
Winnie Connell
Winnie is our gorgeous young pup, born in September 2025 and the very proud daughter of Lottie Connell. She is full of playful energy, curiosity and an unbelievable amount of cuteness, bringing smiles wherever she goes. Still very much in training, Winnie is learning all about the world with enthusiasm and puppy-style excitement, from new experiences to gentle social skills.
She’s affectionate, inquisitive and endlessly charming, with a personality that’s already shining through and plenty of potential as she grows, learns and develops her confidence. We call her the little kangaroo and she loves to hop around with bundles of energy!

Whether she’s exploring, playing or enjoying a well-earned cuddle, Poppy brings warmth, smiles and infectious happiness wherever she goes, she is such a bundle of fun! Also her best mate is tiny Winnie who loves to chase her around, it's hilarious to watch!
